Can't Add a Resource

I'm a new member, I don't have an "Add Resource" button anywhere I can find. Its not on the page when I click Resources (checked the page and source), it's not in the drop down, and not on the "Your resources" page either.

In the forum under Resources -> Plugins -> HOW TO POST A PLUGIN it doesn't mention an account waiting period or approval process.

Any guidance would be appreciated

First, ensure that you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled, as it is required to post resources. After you post a resource, it will appear as 'DELETED' under the content section of your profile page. Do not worry this is only a temporary state until a moderator reviews your resource to approve or deny it. You can set up 2FA here https://obsproject.com/forum/account/security

I did have 2FA, but there may have been a delay after setting up. Today after logging in the button is there to "Add Resource". My plugin is pending now
